  • How do I book an appointment?

  • Are vaccinations required?

    For the safety of all pets in our care, we require dogs to be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella.

  • How long does a grooming appointment take?

    Most appointments take on average 1 and 3 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the services requested.

  • Do you groom puppies?

    Yes! We offer gentle puppy grooms designed to introduce young dogs to the grooming process in a positive, stress-free way.

  • What if my dog is anxious or difficult to groom?

    We work patiently with all dogs and use fear-free, low-stress handling techniques. If your dog has special needs, please let us know beforehand so we can accommodate them.

  • Can I stay with my dog during the grooming appointment?

    For safety and focus, we do not allow owners to stay in the grooming area. Most dogs are calmer once their owner has left.

  • How much do grooming services cost?

    Pricing varies based on breed, coat type, size, and the services needed. Contact us for a personalized quote or check out our Services page for an overview.

  • Do you offer de-shedding or specialty treatments?

    Yes! We offer de-shedding, deep conditioning, brightening shampoos, hypoallergenic options, flea baths, and more. If you have a specialty in mind, just let us know when you book your appointment.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled services.

  • What should I do before my dog’s appointment?

    Please ensure your pet has had a chance to relieve themselves, is brushed if heavily tangled, and arrives wearing a secure collar or harness.

  • Will my dog be put in a crate?

    Some dogs may relax in a kennel before or after grooming. If your dog is uncomfortable with crating, let us know and we will accommodate.

  • Will my dog be given treats?

    We have treats available and will offer them to dogs if needed or to reward great behavior. If you prefer your dog not receive treats, just let us know and we will of course respect your preference.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    Walk-ins are accepted for select services like nail trims when availability allows. Full grooms require an appointment.

  • How often should my dog be groomed?

    Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks, depending on breed and coat type. We can recommend a schedule that suits your dog.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, card, and mobile payments.
